class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Time of construction<\/strong>: according to testimony, the end of the 13th or the middle of the 15th century.<\/p><p><strong>Founder<\/strong>: according to testimony, the Be\u0161enovo monastery was built by the Serbian king Dragutin.<\/p><p>First written mention: 1467 (record on the wall when the church was painted), and then 1546 in the Turkish cadastral register.<\/p><p><strong>The church is dedicated to<\/strong>: Holy Archangels Michael and Gabriel (November 8\/21).<\/p><p><strong>Years of destruction<\/strong>: Be\u0161enovo Monastery was completely devastated in the Second World War and immediately after the war.<\/p><p><strong>Years of renewal<\/strong>: not renewed to this date.<\/p><p><strong>Iconostasis<\/strong>: old, built in 1753 and restored in 1770 with icons by Vasilij Romanovich, replaced in 1907-1909. the new one, for which Stevan Aleksi\u0107 worked as an icon.<\/p><p><strong>Painting\/frescoes<\/strong>: 1467 was written on the church wall as the year of painting, but the author is unknown.<\/p><p><strong>Holy relics<\/strong>: the relics of Saints Kirikos and Julita were kept here.<\/p><p><strong>Today<\/strong>: The renovation of Be\u0161enovo is now in full swing, and till this date the temple, lodgings, auxiliary building, garage, workshop, cellar for provisions and a new belfry have been built, which can be seen if you visit the virtual tour of Fru\u0161ka Gora monasteries.<\/p><p><strong><em>Superior: Archimandrite Arsenije
