With the blessing of His Grace the Bishop of Srem, Mr. Vasilije (Vadi\u0107), in 2008, it was decided to build a monastery over the spring in Vranja\u0161. The conceptual solution was adopted in 2010, so that construction works would start in 2011. The founders of the temple of St. Vasilije Ostro\u0161ki are Milan and Senka Milankovi\u0107 from Brodac (Republika Srpska).<\/p><p><strong>The church is dedicated<\/strong>\u00a0to Saint Vasilije Ostro\u0161ki.<\/p><p><strong>Iconostasis<\/strong>: The rich wood carving on the linden iconostasis partition was executed by Dragan \u0160aponja from Kolut, and painted by Borislav \u017divkovi\u0107.<\/p><p><strong>Painting\/frescoes<\/strong>: The temple was built of wood, and its walls and iconostasis were painted by Borislav \u017divkovi\u0107.<\/p><p><strong>Today<\/strong>: The newly built inn contains monks&#8217; cells, bishop&#8217;s apartment, dining room, kitchen and boiler room.
