The comprehensive restoration of this monastic family was carried out under the direction of His Grace the Bishop of Srem Mr. Vasilije.<\/p><p><strong>Architecture<\/strong>: it was originally built in the style of the &#8220;Ra\u0161ka school&#8221;, but extensive construction works took place in 1733-1753. made the church a completely baroque building.<\/p><p><strong>Iconostasis<\/strong>: probably from 1739; from the partially burned iconostasis, a small number of icons were saved and taken to Zagreb, from where they were returned to the Serbian Orthodox Church after the Second World War; a new, modern iconostasis was installed in the restored temple.<\/p><p><strong>Painting\/frescoes<\/strong>: 1568; conservation and restoration of fresco fragments was completed in 1982.<\/p><p><strong>Treasury<\/strong>: Stolen and destroyed in World War II<\/p><p><strong>Today<\/strong>: the monastery complex consists of a church and multi-story lodgings that close the monastery gate on all four sides.
